I’ve been in different property and teaching sectors since I was 17, some lettings, some sales, some management and even some training, but this is finally where I feel the most valuable as I am not only earning a living and meeting incredible people, I’m helping others in their homes and businesses save money and create a better world! Even if it’s just a small step in lots of carbon footprints! We work hard to achieve our goals in business and all the while around our families, after all, that’s what we’re doing this for, right?

I started Boss Properties in 2020 and its grown into a mini enterprise shared between the most amazing team of hard working mums and dads, and on the odd occasion, our kids too!! So, safe to say, a family run business. Our aim is to enable our customers to Boss their own properties by giving them the best advice for healthier habits and greener homes.

Why Do You Need These

An EPC is now a legal requirement for any marketing, sales AND letting, and on ANY property, home or business, with a small group of exceptions. So, if you thinking of marketing your property, call us first to check that you are fully compliant and 100% ready! There’s not a lot we don’t know about the property marketing process, but we know we don’t know it all, so whatever we don’t know we can signpost to any of our network of other brilliant people that do know! You know?! (We like to share and not compete because we like to think we’re all doing our best to survive and there is plenty of work to go around!)

Retrofit assessments are NOT a legal requirement, but ARE essential for the next steps towards greener upgrades! And whilst inventories are not legal OR essential, they are strongly advised to any well prepared landlord! So, whatever your need, we’d like to help.
